Modernize Abney Funeral Services’ operations with a comprehensive solution that streamlines internal workflows and enhances their online presence.
Outcome
Developed a monorepo containing a Next.js marketing website, a Sanity CMS setup for content updates, a Nitro JS API for directory data and authentication, and an admin dashboard using TanStack Router to manage a directory of London boroughs, hospitals, coroners, and mortuaries. Utilized Drizzle ORM for type-safe database interactions and Plunk Email for user verification.
Impact
The admin dashboard reduced data entry time by 30%, allowing staff to focus more on compassionate care. The public directory improved client engagement and streamlined the process of connecting families with the services they needed, increasing staff efficiency by 35%.
